According to recent reports from multiple sources, the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market currently has more inventory than a year ago. This and other factors have eased competition among buyers, with bidding war scenarios now a rarity.
Homes are also taking longer to sell in 2025, which gives buyers more time for price analysis, inspections, and other forms of due diligence.
